Refund Policy

Product Returns

1. We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that if you have any problems after receiving the product, you can inform us; for quality issues that cannot be resolved, you can apply for a return within 30 days of purchase. However, you need to notify us and obtain authorization before returning the product.

2. All returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

* The product must be unused (not ridden or used in any way).

* The product must be returned in its original packaging, and all necessary components must remain in their original box.

* All accessories must be intact and included in the return package. This includes the instruction manual, charger, and any other items in the box.

3. For customer-initiated returns, the customer (sender) is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost will be determined by the courier company chosen by the sender. If the return is due to our defect or error, or if the received goods are damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs in this case.

Once the above return conditions are met, we will send you the return address and instructions for sending the package.

Refund Approval

1: Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect it and inform you whether the product and all other items are intact. If everything is intact, we will approve your refund request and notify you. You will then automatically receive the refund to your original payment account within 3 business days of approval.

2: If the refund has not yet arrived, please contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to process.
